01. Additional Director (Training and Development) (HM 1-1) —for Head Office Educational Qualifications:
For External Applicants
1. Should have obtained a degree in Business Administration (Special), Business Administration Human Resources Management, B.Sc. Management (Public) Special, B.Com. (Special), B.Sc. Human Resources Management (Special), Business Management (Human Resources) Special, Business Management (Human Resources) Special, B.Sc. (Business Management) Special, L.LB., Labour Education, B.Sc. Management (Public), B. Corn. (General) , B.A. (Honours) recognized by the University Grants Commission
with
Should have obtained a Postgraduate degree (Masters) in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Law Subjects, Employees and Human Resources Management, Political Science, Education Management, Education, Education and Psychological Development
and
Should have at least fifteen (15) years experience in a management level post in Government or Government Corporation, Board, Statutory institution or reputed private institution in Training and Development subject field.

Internal Applicants (1 or 2 of the following qualifications)
1. Should have fulfilled the qualifications for the above mentioned external applicants.
2. Should have completed at least five (05) years satisfactory service in a Grade I post of the Management Service (MM) Category in the relevant subject field.

02. Assistant Director (Development) (MM 1-1) — For Head Office
Educational Qualifications:
For External Applicants
1. Should have obtained a degree in Business Administration (Special), Business Administration, Human Resources Management, B.Sc. Management (Public) Special, B.Com. (Special), B.Sc. Human Resources Management (Special), Business Management (Human Resources) Special, Business Management (Human Resources) Special, B.Sc. (Business Management) Special, L.LB., Labour Education, B.Sc. Management (Public), B. Corn. (General), B.A. (Honours) recognized by the University Grants Commission
and
2. Should have two (02) years experience in the Development subject field after obtaining the degree.

Internal Applicants (1 or 2 of the following qualifications)
1. Fulfilling the qualifications for the external applicants as mentioned above.
2. Should have completed at least five (05) years satisfactory service in a post relevant to the subject field in Junior Management (JM 1-1) Service Category.
