Front Office Coordinator (Insurance Head Office)

The Role :
• The selected candidates will be expected to be customer focused, energetic, methodical and capable of handling walk – in customers and incoming telephone calls

Qualifications :
• Should have successfully completed the G.C.E. (A/ L) examination and males preferred, Age should be below 28 years of age
• Minimum of Two (02) years’ experience in Customer Care / Front Office is mandatory.
• Be pleasant personality with an excellent command of both English and Sinhala is essential. Knowledge of Tamil would be an advantage
• Willingness to listen and understand the customer and ability to manage time effectively
• Be able to work under pressure and handle multiple duties at a given time
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise daily basis
• Be excellent in PR skills with good analytical skills and computer literacy
