JOB ROLE:

As a Recovery Officer, you will be responsible in managing recovery activities of assigned areas.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer
satisfaction on the service provided, processing and sending of notices and reminders, processing and sending of Letter of Demands and any other works related to back office.

Should be a good team player who possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure with employees at all levels. High level of integrity is expected in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Should have successfully completed the G.C.E (A/L) as the minimum qualification entry.

Valid riding license.

Computer literacy with the ability to work under pressure is vital.

Good academic background while possessing strong communication and negotiation skills.

Minimum of one-year experience in the field of Collection/ Recoveries will be an added advantage.

School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
