Crop Care Duties will involve:
Truss Pruning – Selecting the quality fruit to attain choicest truss production
Twisting – Training the flowers to develop up the string supports
Layering – Lowering the flowers for choosing and de-leafing
De-leafing – Removing leaves to enhance the boom of the plant life and to make the subsequent harvesting truss visible.
Picking Duties will involve:
Picking fruit to meet KPIs and best requirements
Follow all farm and manufacturing hygiene protocols
Operation of bull to cart selecting trolleys
Operation of gantry machine in the capsicum crop
Packing Duties will involve:
Packing fruit to meet KPIs
Packing fruit to fine requirements
