Executive / Assistant Manager – Talent Management

Job Role:
• Providing recruitment service to support employee selection
• Setting criteria, requirements and guidelines for an efficient recruitment process
• Liaise with the Divisional Heads and prepare Manpower Plan
• Ensure all Branches & Divisions are adequately staffed
• Assist in formulating policies and strategies of recruitment
• Coordinate the career progression and talent management process
• Working collaboratively with the Manager – Organizational Development
for internal sourcing and implementing promotion policy
• Guiding and monitoring high potential staff selection and retention across the Bank
Candidate Profile:
• Professional Qualification in HRM at the CIPM of or Degree
from a recognized university in HRM or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Talent Management / Acquisition
• Experience in a Bank / Financial Industry will be a definite advantage
• Demonstrate proficiency in HR strategic planning
• Demonstrate effective time management skills & team work
• Exhibit high degree of initiative, commitment and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in HRIS and be up to date with the related best practices
• Effective Communication Skills. Fluency in all three languages will be an advantage
• Ability to maintain a cordial relationship at every level of employees
